C Beauty Return & Refund Policy

At C Beauty, we value your trust and are committed to providing you with high-quality beauty and personal care products. To ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy in line with UAE consumer protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns:  Products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care products. Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale. Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund (including shipping fees).

4. Return Process:

  1.     Contact our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
  2.    Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
  3.    Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

 

 5. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality control team. Shipping, handling, and cash-on-delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Customer Responsibility: Returned products must be handled and packaged carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements (opened, used, or damaged), the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you.

7. Company Rights: C Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. We may update this policy at any time to align with UAE regulations and industry best practices.
